The role supports projects primarily in the United States, requiring strong Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks skills, and a proactive, independent work style in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience creating MEP BIM models for multiple project types.
• Familiarity with U.S. codes and standards.
• Proficiency with Revit MEP and clash detection workflows.
• Ability to coordinate with architects and engineers remotely.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed MEP models in Revit.
• Coordinate design aspects and resolve conflicts.
• Develop 3D models and construction docs for MEP systems.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to project specs.
• Participate in coordination meetings with architects and engineers.
• Assist in developing project schedules and deliverables.
