Job summary

ENG is seeking a Modeler/BIM Specialist to develop accurate BIM models for MEP trades using Revit and Navisworks. You will review design information to ensure constructibility and autonomously resolve clashes to meet client expectations.

Applicants should have 3+ years in piping/plumbing/HVAC modeling, advanced English, and a Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree. This is a fully remote role with a competitive USD compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience modeling piping, plumbing, or HVAC in Revit.
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with Revit and Navisworks; BIM coordination and clash reports a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and resolve modeling conflicts.

• Create accurate BIM models for MEP trades in Revit.
• Review specifications and design data to ensure constructibility.
• Identify and resolve modeling conflicts during the process.
• Ensure final models meet client expectations.
