Job summary

ENG is seeking a Modeler or BIM Specialist to deliver accurate MEP models (Mechanical and Plumbing) in Revit. You will review design information, ensure constructibility, and resolve clashes to meet client expectations.

Remote position with flexible arrangements; Advanced English required; 3+ years in piping, plumbing, or HVAC modeling; Navisworks experience and BIM coordination skills are a plus. Fluency in English is essential for collaboration with US-based teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience modeling piping, plumbing, or HVAC in Revit.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with BIM coordination, clash reports, and QA/QC is a plus.
• MEP trades modeling including pumps, AHUs, RTUs, boilers, ductwork, and piping.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate BIM models for MEP trades (Mechanical and Plumbing) from design information.
• Review specifications to ensure constructibility and high quality.
• Identify and resolve conflicts during modeling and coordinate with project teams.
