Job summary

Formulated Automation seeks a full-time MEP Revit Drafter to join our remote LATAM team. You will model HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in Revit, producing coordinated construction documents for U.S. projects.

You will also maintain schedules, details, and project standards while coordinating with other disciplines. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Revit MEP experience, strong English, and access to reliable internet. This role follows U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of drafting or modeling experience with Revit MEP.
• Hands-on modeling experience in mechanical, plumbing, or electrical.
• Experience on U.S. projects, including imperial units and ANSI sheet sizes.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily communication.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during U.S. Central/Eastern hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of running current Revit.

Responsibilities

• Model mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, equipment) in Revit.
• Produce clean, coordinated construction document sets from markups.
• Build/maintain equipment schedules, details, and sheet layouts per standards.
• Coordinate with architectural/structural models and resolve clashes.
• Maintain Revit families, templates, and project standards.
• Complete revisions during design and permitting phases.
