You will coordinate with Team Lead and AR Management to ensure timely billing, accuracy, and compliance across time zones and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of U.S. medical billing and coding experience.
• Outpatient mental health or behavioral health billing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and basic HCPCS coding.
• Familiarity with U.S. insurance, Medicaid, and managed care billing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow defined workflows and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working in secure virtual workstation environments preferred.
• Professional coding certifications (CPC or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation to confirm required elements before billing.
• Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes.
• Enter charges into the billing system.
• Submit claims timely and in compliance with payer requirements.
• Verify patient demographics and payer details before submission.
• Identify and correct claim rejections and coding errors.
• Support denial resolution by correcting coding or documentation.
• Ensure all services are billed in a timely manner.
