Sezzle is hiring a Marketing Communications Support Associate. You will own the day-to-day management of marketing promotions, campaigns, and rewards, ensuring accurate configurations and timely launches. You’ll collaborate across teams and help optimize the consumer experience through clear, data-driven insights.

This role emphasizes exceptional organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication, with opportunities to grow into hands-on campaign work and asset management.

Formación

• Background in marketing, business, communications, and related fields.
• Internships or projects involving customer support, campaign management, or marketing operations preferred.
• Experience working cross-functionally with support, merchant, or external partner teams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own resolution of all incoming customer experience issues related to marketing initiatives.
• Investigate cases with attention to detail and escalate as needed.
• Track open cases to resolution and maintain status records.
• Spot pattern across cases and recommend improvements to the marketing team.
• Audit campaigns, placements, and promos for errors and optimization opportunities.
• Identify gaps in the consumer communications journey and develop campaigns.
