Sezzle is seeking a Product Marketing Associate to join a lean, hands-on team that owns growth strategy across shopper-facing products, from financial services to rewards. You will partner with Product, Data, Design, and Marketing Communications to turn research into shipped, measurable growth.

The role emphasizes AI-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, with ownership from discovery through launch and iteration to optimize engagement and merchant value.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results.
• Demonstrated experience using Claude or equivalent large language model tools; comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity.
• Clear, concise communicator who can turn complexity into a sharp insight or recommendation.
• Curious about AI tools and eager to use them to work smarter.

Responsabilidades

• Own product marketing for your assigned products across Discover & Validate, Shape & Plan, Launch & Learn, Optimize & Scale.
• Develop and execute GTM plans across in-app surfaces, lifecycle messaging, and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing Communications on testing, launching, and improving.
• Monitor adoption and engagement post-launch and iterate based on data.
• Translate category strategy into product-specific positioning grounded in data and user research.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate insight generation and sharpen growth strategy inputs.
