Legal Soft is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support US law firms handling personal injury litigation. If you know your way around discovery and thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment, this role is for you.

You will draft and respond to discovery, manage e-filing, coordinate depositions, assist with trial binders and exhibits, and keep case files current in the case management system.

Formación

• Experience in a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company.
• Proven track record drafting and responding to discovery.
• Proficiency with case management software.
• Experience with e-filing portals preferred.
• Experience coordinating depositions with vendors and parties.
• Fluent English (C1+).
• Availability to work US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and respond to written discovery and production requests.
• Manage e-filing across court portals and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate depositions with vendors and multiple parties.
• Assist attorneys with trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists.
• Maintain organized case files in the case management system.
• Track court dates and deadlines across active matters.
• Provide clients with clear case updates.
