Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a motivated Litigation Assistant to support our personal injury and employment law team. You will draft and file documents, manage case files, assist with discovery, coordinate calendars, and communicate with clients under attorney supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in law or related field, have experience in a U.S. legal environment, and are organized, detail-oriented team players proficient in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in a U.S. legal environment is required; personal injury experience preferred.
• Employment law experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring documents are accurately filed and accessible.
• Help with discovery by gathering and summarizing evidence, organizing responses, and creating discovery binders.
• Maintain and monitor case calendars, deadlines, appointments, and hearings.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling inquiries.
• Assist in preparing materials for trial, including exhibits and trial binders.
• Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
