The Ward Law Group, PL is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lien Resolution Associate to negotiate medical balances and move settled cases toward disbursement. This remote, independent-contractor role suits someone who thrives in high-volume caseloads and can maintain accurate records in Litify.

Requirements include at least two years of plaintiff PI reductions experience, direct negotiation with hospitals and providers, and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Formación

• Two years of hands-on plaintiff personal injury reductions experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Experience independently managing a high-volume reductions caseload from balance verification to written agreements and closing coordination
• Experience negotiating with hospitals/medical providers and with collection entities

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision and firm procedures.
• Review medical bills, verify balances, and obtain supporting documentation.
• Submit reduction requests, follow up, and obtain written confirmation of negotiated agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of balances, negotiations, agreements, and case status in Litify.
• Coordinate with attorneys and closing staff to resolve items and prepare files for settlement disbursement.
• Meet negotiated reduction targets, turnaround times, productivity, and accuracy.
• Refer questions to the appropriate attorney for legal analysis.
