Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking experienced outbound calling professionals for a remote full-time role. You will qualify consumers and arrange warm live transfers to licensed representatives, following scripts and compliance. A strong track record of high-volume calling and CRM accuracy is required; remote work with EST business hours.

Competitive compensation is offered based on performance and qualifications. You will be evaluated on transfers completed, call quality, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of high-volume outbound calling experience.
• Experience qualifying leads and completing warm or live transfers.
• Track record of meeting call/transfer targets.
• Experience with dialers (Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone).
• Strong CRM documentation and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to consumer leads using an outbound dialer.
• Follow campaign scripts and compliance requirements.
• Ask questions to determine campaign eligibility.
• Explain purpose of call clearly and professionally.
• Handle objections and difficult conversations.
• Obtain permission and complete live transfers.
• Keep notes and dispositions up to date in CRM.
• Meet performance targets and participate in coaching.
