Coforge is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to guide data platforms and teams across Cloud (Azure) and on-prem environments. You will own architecture, data modeling, and migration strategies, delivering scalable, production-ready data solutions.

The role is remote across Latin America, with a focus on governance, observability, and end-to-end delivery of large-scale data pipelines and platforms.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with 2-3+ years in a Lead or Staff-level role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor data engineering teams while setting technical direction, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering excellence.
• Own the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and reliable data platforms, ensuring production-ready delivery.
• Define and drive data migration strategies from Snowflake/SSIS to Azure Databricks and DBT, including architecture decisions and execution oversight.
• Oversee scalable data pipelines, data models, Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD, data integration, observability, and platform stability across Azure and legacy environments.
