Playbypoint is seeking a Product Designer to own features end to end, from exploration to polished UI for operator tools and consumer marketplace experiences. You will design across web and mobile, collaborating with product squads.

The bar is high craftsmanship across the full product, not just individual screens. We value end-to-end thinking, edge-case handling, and a committed design system maintained in Figma.

Formación

• Portfolio showing end-to-end product design with flows and edge cases.
• Strong craft fundamentals in layout, hierarchy and interaction patterns.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems in Figma.
• Ability to own scoped design projects independently and communicate risks early.
• Clear communication skills with product and engineering; preferably English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end design for features from exploration to production-ready UI.
• Design operator tools for clubs and consumer marketplace experiences.
• Develop and maintain the design system, add components and patterns as needed.
• Defend design decisions with user needs and data; ensure handoff-to-ship fidelity.
• Collaborate with engineering through build and QA to ensure ships match designs.
