Very LLC is seeking a senior product designer to lead end-to-end product design for clients, from discovery to launch. You’ll work directly with client teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes with beautiful, practical design.

You’ll own UX/UI, prototyping, research, data visualization, and design systems, collaborating with engineering and product stakeholders. This 9-week independent contractor role is location-flexible within Colombia, with core EST hours.

Formación

At least 5-7 years of relevant design experience.
Track record of launching real products, not just concepts.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to carry a room.
Self-direction and ownership; know when to push back.
Comfort with ambiguity in design and business.
Design systems thinking as a core competency.
Active experience integrating AI into practice.

Responsabilidades

Lead the full arc of product design from discovery to launch.
Own design across the engagement lifecycle: UX/UI, prototyping, research, data viz, design systems.
Run discovery workshops and align with clients and users; collaborate with engineering.
Ensure design QA and shipped products reflect craft and intent; adapt to evolving requirements.
