Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team. You will develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards across LATAM.

This role partners with cross-functional teams and external auditors to embed regulatory obligations, run risk assessments, and deliver training across Colombia and Mexico.

Formación

• Proven experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and implement a comprehensive HR compliance framework for LATAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to embed compliance requirements.
• Deliver targeted training programs to promote ethical business practices and regulatory adherence.
