Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies across LATAM with strict regulatory adherence. You will work to minimize legal and reputational risks while supporting sustainable growth within a diverse regional team.

In this role you will design a robust compliance framework, partner with leadership and external auditors, and deliver targeted training to promote ethical practices.

Formación

• Proven experience in Human Resources compliance and policy management in the Latin America region.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and compliance monitoring tools.
• Ability to assess risk, analyze problems, and engage stakeholders with integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement a comprehensive HR compliance framework for the region with data-driven systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and auditors to embed compliance in daily operations.
