Iron Mountain is seeking an HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies while ensuring compliance with laws and standards across the LATAM region. You will minimize legal and reputational risks while supporting sustainable growth and partnering with HR teams to drive data-driven practices.

Formación
- Experience in HR compliance or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.
- Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks, compliance monitoring tools, and industry standards.
- Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Design, build, and implement a comprehensive HR compliance framework for the region with data-driven systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to embed compliance requirements into daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations by conducting regular assessments, monitoring legal changes, and delivering targeted training.
