PRGX is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead LATAM (Remote) to partner with project and clinical leads, ensuring delivery per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost. You will oversee the global monitoring team, ensure audit-ready documentation and drive process improvements across multiple projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong English language skills (mandatory).
• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills across global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies; handle mitigations.
• Coordinate resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitors).
• Develop analytics strategy and monitor study metrics and alerts.
• Support monitoring strategy development and client meetings.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation, tools, and RBM templates.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement.
