IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives with high quality, speed and cost efficiency, adhering to IQVIA SOPs.

The role includes leadership of the monitoring team, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement across global projects. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
+3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
+2 years in a Lead role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, CAMs).
Develop monitoring strategies and RBM tools/templates.
Provide inputs to study teams and client meetings.
Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness.
