IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, with remote opportunity across multiple countries. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, manage resources, and help shape analytics strategy across global projects. The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in lead roles, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English (mandatory).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage IP for studies.
• Manage project resources including CRAs and monitors.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools.
• Maintain study documentation and audit readiness.
• Mentor junior staff.
