You will act as a bridge between Client Services/Sales and Talent Acquisition, handling end-to-end vetting and presenting candidates to ensure time-to-market and revenue goals.

The role requires analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented thinking, with strong English communication and IT industry experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT project management experience.
• Client-facing experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and fill openings, select candidates, and meet deadlines.
• Review and filter the pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
• Review and clean openings, keeping them up to date.
• Handle communication with clients, Client Services, and Sales.
