BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates to staff ongoing IT business opportunities. You will act as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring end-to-end vetting, timely placement, and revenue optimization.

The role requires strong analytical, adaptable, and process-oriented thinking with excellent English.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruiting and tech talent acquisition.
• Advanced English proficiency for stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
