Job summary

AxisKey is hiring an Investor Relations Associate to work with a U.S.-based client as part of the AxisPeople team. You will help grow the investor network, manage communications, and support capital raising from outreach to onboarding.

You will be expected to build relationships with investors, maintain pipelines, and coordinate documentation in a fully remote LatAm setting with ongoing training and mentorship.

• Comfortable speaking with executives, investors, and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing investors via calls, email, and virtual meetings.
• Manage investor pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the lifecycle.
• Represent clients professionally while communicating investment opportunities and updates.
• Support capital raising by engaging qualified investors and scheduling meetings.
• Use investor management platform to track activity and maintain records.
• Coordinate investor onboarding and assist with documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned client.
• Meet KPIs related to investor engagement, pipeline management, and capital raising.
• Develop knowledge of private capital markets and fundraising strategies.
