MACA Advisors LLC is seeking an Associate Director to own the analytical and written product on mandates across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will shape documents, influence transaction decisions, and work directly with partners on sell-side, buy-side and capital raise mandates.

The role demands 3+ years in investment banking or M&A, strong modeling, and fluency in Spanish and English, with remote-first work and regional integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in investment banking or M&A advisory, cross-border preferred.
• mastery of financial modeling and valuation.
• Fluency in drafting the full range of transaction documents.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilités

• Own the analytical product on live mandates and instruct analysts to a high standard.
• Draft pitch materials, CIMs, teasers, bid letters, memos and process documents.
• Bring a view to transaction decisions, not only to analysis.
• Participate in client meetings and work through diligence, structuring and closing.
• Contribute origination ideas from market reading, at least quarterly.
