Quiet Village Landscaping is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Representative to respond to inquiries, qualify opportunities, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

This is a full-time independent contractor position requiring excellent English, strong communication, and the ability to work U.S. Central Time hours. Prior landscaping or home-services experience is a plus; contractors manage their taxes.

Formación

• Excellent spoken and written English is required.
• Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, lead qualification, or call-center sales.
• Confident and professional telephone presence.
• Strong listening, questioning, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, estimates, services, and scheduling.
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up.
• Ability to learn new software, processes, and service terminology.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, headset, and quiet workspace.
• Availability during standard U.S. Central Time business hours.
• Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based home-service, construction, landscaping, or property-management company is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, website inquiries, and prospective-client requests.
• Speak with homeowners to understand their property needs, priorities, budgets, and timelines.
• Qualify leads and determine the appropriate next step or service department.
• Schedule consultations, site visits, and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate lead and client information in the company's CRM and scheduling systems.
• Follow up on open estimates, proposals, and previous inquiries.
• Re-engage older leads and identify opportunities that may still be active.
• Explain company services clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with sales representatives, designers, project managers, and service managers.
• Track calls, appointments, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.
• Support outbound calling and client-retention initiatives as assigned.
• Assist with basic administrative and customer-service tasks when needed.
