Sur is seeking an Influencer Marketing Account Manager for a full-time remote role focused on LATAM, collaborating with a Vancouver-based team. You will help brands hire and pay creators directly, shaping campaigns end-to-end without agencies.

Success is measured by rapid initial hires, repeat business, and creator program growth. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of brands, onboarding, teaching platform use, and advising on strategy, budgets, and enablement content.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in influencer marketing or paid social with brand clients.
• Hands-on experience sourcing, briefing and managing creators for campaigns.
• CRM-based outreach with structured cadences and client communications.
• Ability to advise on campaign structure, budgets and strategy to increase spend.
• Comfort owning retention and revenue growth targets with commission tied to results.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of ~200 brands on subscription plans and manage outreach.
• Onboard brands to achieve their first successful creator hire quickly.
• Teach brands to use platform tools for creator search, briefs, and campaign management.
• Consult on influencer strategy, budgets, and success metrics for campaigns.
• Turn one-off orders into ongoing creator programs with scalable processes.
• Conduct check-ins and reviews to show what worked and plan next campaigns.
• Spot Enterprise opportunities and coordinate with sales on upsell potential.
