You will translate architecture requirements into monitoring strategies, collaborate with Sales and Engineering on onboarding, and use telemetry data to guide troubleshooting. Remote work is offered and growth opportunities exist in a global environment.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/IT/SE or related).
- 3–5 years of customer-facing implementation or technical consulting experience.
- Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken).
Responsabilidades
- Guide enterprise customers through complex software and network deployments.
- Translate network architecture requirements into monitoring strategies for visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to onboard global enterprise clients.
- Leverage telemetry data to guide troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
- Share customer feedback with Product teams to drive improvements.
