TP is a global digital business services company delivering advanced, digitally-powered services to help brands streamline operations. The AI Solutions Engineer Consultant will lead technical discovery, design POCs, and collaborate with global teams to craft scalable AI solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in AI/CX/enterprise platforms, strong English skills, and a track record of delivering technical demos and architecture documents for international clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree as stated in academic background.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience with 4+ years in related roles.
• Experience with AI solutions, CX, contact center tech, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience collaborating with global or multi-regional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer business challenges, technical requirements, and define tailored AI-driven solution approaches.
• Design and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs), product demonstrations, and technical presentations to validate solutions and accelerate deal closure.
• Collaborate with Product, Build, Delivery, Business Development, and Customer Experience teams to design scalable AI and enterprise technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation, knowledge assets, reference architectures, and enablement materials for global teams.
