Belkins Group is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own the systems, data, and processes behind the employee experience. You’ll ensure HR runs predictably from pre-boarding through performance cycles and automate parts that don’t need a human touch.

Working close to the Head of HR and across the company, you’ll build infrastructure, manage HiBob, and drive a remote- and hybrid-friendly culture with data-driven HR practices and scalable processes.

Formación

• 3+ years in HR operations supporting 100+ headcount.
• End-to-end employee lifecycle ownership, with onboarding strength.
• Experience with an HRIS, HiBob preferred, including reporting and configuration.
• Proven ability to partner with managers to sustain a performance-based culture.
• Comfort with a fast-changing remote environment and adaptability.
• Strong planning and prioritization; proactive delivery.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English; fluent Ukrainian.

Responsabilidades

• Own HiBob as core HRIS end-to-end, including data integrity and reporting.
• Automate manual HR work with self-service flows and AI tooling.
• Manage full employee lifecycle with focus on pre-boarding, onboarding, and adaptation.
• Guide managers through HR processes: adaptation, performance reviews, compensation, and talent mapping.
• Serve as first contact for employee relations and maintain HR docs in Notion.
• Drive engagement and a performance-based culture across remote and hybrid teams.
