IntellaTriage in Colombia is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join our remote hospice triage team. You will provide after-hours telephone triage for hospice patients and families, assess needs, and coordinate timely care from a home office.

This remote role offers base pay of $25 per hour with opportunities to reach $28 per hour within six months, night and weekend differentials, paid remote training, PTO, 401(k), and health benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Active multistate RN license.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to type notes quickly in a fast-paced, after-hours setting.
• Comfort with remote work and independent decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Coordinate care with on-call teams.
• Document all communications and interventions.
• Maintain calm, professional demeanor during urgent calls.
