Qualifications

• Experience with RTM/CCM/Telephone Triage preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Experience in outpatient, primary care, or care management settings preferred.
• No Macbook; Windows is a must, ideally i5+ with 16GB RAM.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our growing healthcare team. In this fully remote role, you will ensure continuity of care between provider visits by monitoring patient health, assessing condition changes, and communicating key clinical findings to the care team.

Salary Range: 2,142,700.00 COP - 2,275,100.00 COP

Schedule: Remote, Full Time | Monday Through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
