Huzzle.com is seeking a Guest Relations & Bookings Manager in Colombia. This fully remote role requires ownership of the guest journey, from inquiries to check-ins. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in hospitality, strong experience with booking management, and excellent communication skills. Formación

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or booking management.
• Proven experience managing both hotels/B&Bs and short-term rental properties.
• Strong understanding of OTAs including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia Group.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay.
• Manage reservations, calendar availability, and rate synchronization.
• Handle guest complaints and urgent issues efficiently.
