Stayd Collective is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to support guests from booking to checkout. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, text and messaging platforms, coordinating with Maintenance, Housekeeping and Operations to ensure timely resolutions.

You’ll join a remote role open to the Americas, with rotating after-hours on-call about 2–3 nights per week. The role emphasizes calm problem-solving, meticulous record-keeping, and a guest-first mindset.

Formación

• Clear, warm written and spoken English.
• Problem-solver's instinct: look for the way forward, not just the problem.
• Organization and attention to detail while priorities change during the day.
• Comfort with computers, email, messaging platforms and learning new systems quickly.
• Enough overlap with US Eastern hours to cover shifts, plus rotating on-call nights.
• Reliable internet, headset, and a quiet place to take calls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest communication by phone, email, text and messaging platforms before, during and after stays.
• Provide accurate answers on reservations, properties, check-in, amenities and local information.
• Coordinate guest issues with Maintenance, Housekeeping and Operations until resolved.
• Turn difficult situations into positive outcomes with calm, professional service.
• Keep guest and reservation records accurate and up to date across systems.
• Handle urgent guest needs during after-hours on-call nights.
• Attend to small details that encourage guests to return.
