AvantStay is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to support guests from inquiry through post-stay, working closely with field operators to uphold property expectations.

The ideal candidate has fluent English, 2+ years in customer service or concierge, experience with Zendesk, and full-time availability during US Eastern Time (7am–7pm) plus weekends.

This is a flexible, fully remote role with pay ranging from USD 6–10 per hour, based on experience and location.

Formación

• Fluent English required.
• Full-time availability during US EST hours (7am–7pm) including weekends.
• 2+ years in customer service or concierge roles.
• Experience in a call center environment.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Background in real estate or short-term rentals preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Talk to escalated guests and troubleshoot issues.
• Make reservations based on guest requirements and budget.
• Respond to guest messages promptly, upholding SLA.
• Interact with guests by phone, email, and text.
• Support field operations to maintain guest experience.
• Keep systems updated with guest and property data.
• Provide accurate information on AvantStay properties and policies.
• Build relationships with field operators and local vendors.
• Provide the highest level of customer support.
