Job summary

Atomic Hr seeks a marketing generalist to build and run outbound outreach to retailers and partners, leveraging AI tools and Claude Code to automate processes. You will own email, SMS, retention, and referral programs, while collaborating with the founders to shape growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation and data-driven decision-making. You bring 3+ years in marketing, experience with cold email campaigns (Apollo and sequencing), and comfort with data analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years marketing experience, starting in coordinator roles possible.
• Experience running cold email outreach using a platform like Apollo and sequencing tools.
• Comfort with data and spreadsheets; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or directing AI to write it.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: identify contacts, craft emails, track results.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using existing brand look.
• Automate recurring tasks to improve efficiency.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
