Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist for a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX. The role focuses on outbound outreach, automation, and running campaigns with sales, field, and partnerships teams.

You’ll work directly with the two founders and own key growth levers including email, SMS retention, and partnerships. Success comes from building repeatable processes, leveraging Claude Code for AI-powered automation, and measuring performance from order data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing with hands-on data and tool-building experience.
• Must have built or used Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
• Experience with cold email outreach and sequence tooling.
• Strong comfort with spreadsheets, data, and APIs.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript or ability to direct AI to do it.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound outreach to retailers and partners, craft emails, and track effectiveness.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content initiatives.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools aligned to the brand.
• Automate recurring tasks and connect systems via APIs.
• Monitor results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
