Job summary

Atomic Hr seeks a hands-on marketing generalist to build and scale outbound programs, retention initiatives, and AI-driven automations. You will collaborate directly with the founders to create repeatable growth systems across email, SMS, and partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in marketing, experience with Claude Code, and a track record in outreach campaigns. Remote-friendly with clear CT overlap preferred; compensation varies by experience and location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing.
• Must have hands-on Claude Code experience.
• Experience running cold email outreach with Apollo or similar tools.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, data, and SQL is a plus.
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript preferred.
• Familiarity connecting tools via APIs.
• Strong writing and marketing intuition.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: write emails, track what works.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referral, and search/content programs.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools following brand guidelines.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to improve efficiency.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
