Emapta, a leading digital marketing partner, is recruiting a Paid Media Administrator to transform audience insights into measurable growth across global markets. You will manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and more, leveraging analytics tools to optimize performance and drive ROAS.

You will work remotely with a network of international brands, collaborate with creative teams, and stay ahead of industry trends while expanding your career within Emapta’s global academy.

Formación

• 1-3 years of paid media experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend optimization strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Conduct keyword research, build keyword lists, and analyze search volume and market trends.
• Optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, budgets, audience targeting, and ad creatives.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and overall results.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copy and visual assets.
• Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform features, and industry best practices.
• Support A/B testing initiatives, including landing pages and creative variations.
