Stayd Collective is seeking a fast-moving marketer to run the paid media engine across eight brands, combining Meta and Google ads with a data-driven growth approach. You’ll own tracking, testing, AI-driven automation, and reporting, while collaborating remotely with the team.

You’ll leverage GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio to drive measurable improvements and support local/organic growth from a remote Colombia base. Must work US Mountain Time hours.

Formación

• Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4 and pixel/conversion setup.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Tag Assistant.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager + Events Manager.
• Comfortable troubleshooting tracking and technical issues.
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Business Profile.

Responsabilidades

• Run the paid media engine across all 8 Stayd brands: launch, QA, manage, optimize campaigns; monitor spend, CPA, and lead quality; scale winners.
• Own tracking: ensure GA4 events fire correctly and campaigns are properly tracked.
• Troubleshoot tracking and website issues using Chrome DevTools and related tools.
• Own the data: monitor performance, report accurately, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
• Support organic growth: leverage GSC and Semrush for local/SEO opportunities.
• Run the testing system: launch hypotheses, measure results, and iterate.
• Use AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows.
• Keep systems organized: manage files and communications in Google Workspace/Slack.
