Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• High accountability mindset, capable of working without micromanagement.
• Global perspective across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake call with leadership to the final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide every candidate with a seamless, respectful Blacksmith standard experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in our ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.
