You will build a warm, data-driven talent pipeline, engage passive candidates, and maintain a fast, respectful candidate experience across Latin America and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• A high accountability mindset that does not need micromanaging.
• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
