Job summary

Magic is seeking a CX Associate to support German-speaking customers from a 100% remote setup. You will partner with a high-performing team to deliver a best-in-class experience through phone, email, and chat while bridging customers with the clinical team.

You'll handle order inquiries, track shipments, update addresses, and learn internal workflows to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Weekend availability or split shifts are expected to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English with concise communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to German-speaking customers.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Address orders and product inquiries via platform and social channels.
• Track shipments and shipping inquiries.
• General research.
• Update addresses and client information.
