Qualifications

• Must be fluent in German and English.
• Availability to work weekends or split shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer client inquiries through phone, email and chat.
• Address orders and product inquiries via the customer interface and social channels.
• Track shipments and backend shipping inquiries.
• Conduct general research.
• Update addresses and client information.
