CS Outsource is seeking a French-speaking Operations Assistant to support our growing short-term rental portfolio. You will manage day-to-day operations and coordinate guest communications in French and English across platforms.

This fully remote role requires excellent organization, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask with cleaning and maintenance teams to keep properties guest-ready and performance-focused.

Formación

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) required.
• Experience in short-term rentals or property management preferred.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties.
• Communicate with guests in French and English across platforms.
• Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and ongoing support.
• Respond to guest inquiries, reviews, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Work closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure every property is guest-ready.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, and pricing updates.
• Assist with listing optimization and channel management.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
