Truelogic is seeking its first Forward Deployed Engineer to design, implement, and scale automation across complex product and operational workflows. This role sits within DevOps yet collaborates with Process Improvement and Product Owners to optimize multi-system processes.
The candidate will independently navigate ambiguous problems, map current processes, prototype approaches, and own end-to-end delivery, driving efficiency and reliability for our HEI platform client ecosystem.
Formación
- Hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer or equivalent forward-deployed role.
- Experience building production-quality automation solutions.
- Experience with workflow/automation projects end-to-end.
Responsabilidades
- Identify workflow and process problems across functions.
- Translate business problems into technical approaches.
- Map workflows, systems, handoffs, dependencies, bottlenecks.
- Design, prototype, and productionize automation solutions.
- Integrate with internal systems, APIs, and tooling.
- Communicate tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
