Truelogic is seeking a Creative Technologist to join our team at the intersection of creative strategy, brand execution, and emerging AI technology. This highly hands-on, enterprise-level, client-facing role operates in an embedded lab with creative, brand, studio, and vendor teams, leading the implementation, configuration, testing, and governance of AI-powered creative workflows and automation.

Formación

• Hands-on experience building, configuring, or operating enterprise GenAI workflows, pipelines, agents, or automation systems.
• Hands-on experience with node-based, graph-based workflow editors or visual logic builders (e.g., ComfyUI, n8n, Figma Weave).
• Experience configuring GenAI prompts, workflows, agents, and model selection across multiple GenAI models.
• Proven ability to translate business and creative requirements into structured, testable workflows with defined success criteria.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated outputs against defined quality standards, KPIs.
• Proven client-facing or senior stakeholder-facing experience in enterprise/corporate settings.
• Strong communication skills for discovery sessions and stakeholder alignment.
• Understanding of creative production lifecycle and brand asset management.
• Ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, brand, studio, and tech teams.
• Experience working with AI in professional environments; LATAM base preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Translate requests into scoped, testable GenAI workflow builds with clear success criteria.
• Build, configure, test, and maintain GenAI workflows, feeds, agents, and automation pipelines.
• Configure prompts, model settings, workflow logic, and agent behaviors across GenAI models.
• Design and maintain node-based workflows using visual logic builders.
• Document workflow builds, configurations, testing results, and learnings.
• Contribute to shared playbooks and knowledge transfer across teams.
• Plan and execute structured testing against KPIs.
• Build and maintain design system components within GenAI workflows.
• Configure QC, validation, and scoring for outputs per governance standards.
• Monitor workflow efficiency, model usage, and production performance.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder alignment workshops.
• Partner with creative, marketing, brand, studio, and technology stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, and efficiency.
