Truelogic, a leading nearshore solutions provider, seeks its first Forward Deployed Engineer to design and implement automation across complex workflows. You’ll work within DevOps yet across Process Improvement and Product Owner teams to optimize multi-system processes.

Translate ambiguous problems into technical approaches, map workflows, and own end-to-end delivery from discovery to production. Remote role with USD-based compensation and exposure to top U.S. clients.

Formación

• Hands-on experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or equivalent.
• Strong software engineering background; production‑quality solutions.
• Experience implementing workflow automation solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to discover and define problems.
• Able to operate in ambiguous environments without detailed requirements.
• Experience bringing solutions from discovery to production.
• Systems-thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working across APIs, integrations, internal tools and production systems.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• High ownership, autonomy and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Process Improvement, Product, DevOps, IT, Security and other functions to identify workflow problems.
• Translate ambiguous problems into concrete technical approaches.
• Map workflows, systems, stakeholders, handoffs and bottlenecks.
• Identify automation opportunities and determine suitable technical interventions.
• Design, prototype, build and productionize automation solutions.
• Integrate solutions with existing internal systems, APIs, infrastructure, and product workflows.
• Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to diverse audiences.
• Work independently from discovery through implementation.
• Participate in DevOps ceremonies while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate ownership and proactively identify opportunities.
• Establish patterns and best practices for broader FDE capability.
