FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-powered solutions in production. You will operate across consulting, engineering, and delivery, ensuring data, context, and evaluation are aligned to create trustworthy agents.

You will lead discovery conversations with executives and engineers, structure automation specs, and own CI/CD for AI-enabled systems, ensuring value realization for Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries.

Competenze

5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
1-4 years of experience shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production environments.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Mansioni

Discover: run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders to assess data readiness.
Structure: map current state and create specifications for reliable automation.
Architect & design: end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
Build: ship working systems including agents and retrieval services.
Operate (Day 2): own post-launch evals, observability, and cost management.
Consult: defend decisions with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, CDOs and leadership.
