You will identify prospects, initiate conversations, and qualify leads to fuel long-term partnerships. • Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory; interview will be conducted in English.
• 2+ years in prospecting, SDR or outbound sales roles.
• +1 year in banking, financial services or fintech is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research potential clients globally through outbound prospecting and digital channels.
• Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects and position Yuno's solutions.
• Present Yuno's Financial Services value proposition and address objections.
• Qualify leads and hand off high-potential opportunities with full context.
• Keep CRM up to date to provide a clear view of the pipeline.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to sharpen strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging.
• Suggest improvements to prospecting approaches and outreach.
