Insideoutva, a US-based electric bike brand, seeks a Finance & Accounting Virtual Assistant to support core finance and operations leadership. The role is part-time (20 hours/week) with a focus on bookkeeping tasks, document handling, and light HR support, all in English.

You will work with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com, handling confidential information and ensuring accurate financial processes while aligning with internal controls and payroll/tax requirements.

Formación

• Direct experience or educational background in Accounting or Finance.
• Clear understanding of core accounting principles including debits, credits, and cash vs. accrual accounting.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial and HR information responsibly.

Responsabilidades

• Handle general finance-related paperwork and routine administrative workflows.
• Assist with data entry, transaction categorization, and routine reconciliations using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of annual 1099 forms at year-end.
• Help ensure internal controls and regulatory procedures are followed.
• Provide light HR/onboarding support (5–10% of time).
• Support cross‑department collaboration and daily workflows.
